Homework 2 - Good Typography Websites

The following websites, according to my consideration, have good typography. The reasons are:
1. Good hierarchy, so the reader knows which one is the headline and which one is the content
2. Clean typography without many ornaments that could distract the readers
3. Clear typography, easy to read.
4. Creative, interesting to examine how the creativity blends together with the typography

Project 1 : Inspirational Portfolio Design

The following websites are the inspirations for creating my portfolio website.
1.Pikaboo

This website has an interesting layout. It has good use of space, so there's no blank spot on the page. although it's a flash site, but it's a good reference.





2. Jesse Willmon

This one has unique style with all the drawings scatter around, but it's easy to navigate. Clear and clean layout is the power of this design. Also, its uniqueness adds the value.




3. Aline Caron

Using a tree as a background artwork, the content really clear. This Website has interesting use of color, or I can say, strong and brave use of color, where we can see black, pink, green, orange, combining together on the same page.
